
Blood pressure medications Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide are being recalled “at the consumer level” by Lupin Pharmaceuticals, according to a report by Annalise Knudson for mLive, posted this morning.
Her piece stated that a recall notice from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) stated that the medication may possibly contain “high levels of a cancer-causing impurity ….”
