Yankee Air Museum marked one-hundredth B-24 Liberator model assembled by its “Rivet Like a Rosie!” class yesterday

Appropriate as tribute to mark this as the fifth “Rosie the Riveter Day,” a participant in the popular Yankee Air Museum “Rivet Like a Rosie!” class yesterday assembled the one-hundredth aluminum B-24 Liberator model during the morning session. [1-4]

Of additional note for Women’s History Month: Four of the five instructors were ladies, as were five of the six participants. “Rivet Like a Rosie!” is currently being offered one Saturday each month: See “Events Calendar” on Yankee Air Museum website for current schedule. [5,6]
