With countdown to competition now in single digits, today marked one of the longest days yet for SHS robotics team

February 27, 2019
After the weather we’ve experienced since outset of the new year, Saline students must be forgiven trepidation at the prospect of anything scheduled on a Wednesday. Overnight snowfall accompanied by ice added to that accumulation. Saline Singularity team members Spencer Schneider and Cameron Tressler responded by heading out on the roads much earlier than expected in order to arrive at the WLBY studios on Victors Way in Ann Arbor by 7:45am. On January 30, they ....

Food Gathererers “Grillin’ 2018” Supporters Lined Up For This Worthy Cause, Despite Neither Rain Nor Shine

June 11, 2018
Right on schedule, gates opened for the Food Gatherers fundraiser at Washtenaw Farm Council fair grounds yesterday afternoon at 3:00pm. The rain that had been somewhere between misting and outright call for umbrellas was persisting, abetted by a bit of wind and very not-June-like temperatures in the mid-60s. Many had worn jackets. [1,2,3] Yet the main lines for food even then were peeking out from under the approach side of Building B. Billed as “a ....

Then repositories of expertise for counsel and liaison where needed. They could serve as unified voice on behalf of stakeholders. [2] And within their ....

When last we saw cast members gathered to begin work on the upcoming Saline High School Drama Club musical Newsies, their numbers topped four dozen in a large, brightly lit choir room. Some explanation is in order here. The image above is obviously not from the Travis Pointe Country Club golf course, and the CS Mott Children’s Hospital Pro-Am was the furthest thing imaginable from a round of putt-putt golf. [1,2,3] Despite a bit of bothersome rain, teams led by Beth Allen, Katherine Perry, and Katherine Kirk took top honors there. Moreover, according to a spokesperson from the University of Michigan, this event raised more than $220,000 ....
