Larry King has passed away.

Most will remember him as host of Larry King Live for a quarter-century on CNN — a move that was anything but obvious in the nascent days of “cable television.” At that point in his career, however, he was an extremely popular radio talk show host, arguably one of the pioneers of the medium.
