Another “batch” of Michigan workplaces has been fined “for violating COVID-19 protocols,” according to an article titled “Hospitals, stores, restaurants among 51 Michigan businesses fined for COVID-19 violations” by Taylor DesOrmeau on mLive.
“The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited 51 workplaces, per the latest update to its online dashboard.
So far, 280 workplaces have been hit with a citation or fine.
Of the 280 citations, 27 are under appeal. No workplace that has appealed its violation has won its case, yet ….
