From Trinity Health, St Joseph Mercy – Ann Arbor: “Notice of Cyber-Attack Impacting Database Information,” mailed to potentially affected patients on September 14, 2020. re A “data security incident involving Blackbaud, a vendor that supplies Trinity Health’s donor database technology. The data security incident may have impacted certain personal information of donors and certain patients. Blackbaud has verified that the cybercriminal did not access your credit card information, bank account information or social security number.”

According to Monica C Lareau, Director, HIPPA Compliance, Privacy Official with Trinity Health, Blackbaud notified Trinity of this incident on July 16, 2020. The incident itself occurred between April 18 and May 16, 2020.
