United States District Court judge just ruled against Emagine Entertainment in its lawsuit filed last month alleging that the State of Michigan is in violation of its Constitutional rights. Defendants included the state itself, Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Attorney General Dana Nessel, and Michigan Director of Health and Human Services Robert Gordon. The suit relates to Executive Orders related to COVID-19.
